These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with all matters relating to these terms and conditions of use.
Your right to cancel. If after receiving your order you are unhappy with the goods, you have the legal right to cancel you order at any time up to seven working days after the day on which you receive your order.
If in the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will try and send out a replacement as soon as possible. However in some cases when an item is out of print it may not be possible to supply another item and a refund will be offered.
Refunds are issued via PayPal. We will not send out refunds by cash or cheque.
Please note, we will not refund or replace an item damaged by the customer.
All transactions are processed by PayPal in Pound Sterling (GBP). Exchange rates are processed by PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover or direct payments from your PayPal balance. Refunds are issued via PayPal. We will not send out refunds by cash or cheque.
Orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped the next working day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on a Monday, unless the Monday is a UK Bank Holiday in which case the order will be shipped on the Tuesday. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded. This service usually takes 1-2 working days and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please note delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail or Vintage Ceramics.
Outside the UK, all orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed for. This service usually takes 3 - 7 working days for customers in Europe and 5- 10 working days for customers outside of Europe. A signature is required upon delivery. Please note delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.Please Note:
If an order is not signed for or delivered it will be held at a local post office.
If after placing an order you decide that you want to cancel the order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com. It is important to inform us of your cancellation as quickly as you can. If you notify us of the cancellation the same day as the order was placed, we will happily refund the payment to you before the order has shipped. However if you notify us of the cancellation after the order has been shipped, we will not be able to refund the payment until you have sent the item(s) back to us. Once we receive you item(s) a refund will be made through PayPal. We are not able to refund the cost of returning an item(s) to us.
